The reports compiled by Truman Mox are assembled and reviewed by an accredited Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CEMA). This appraiser is from the Nebb Institute. We also partner with accredited Expert Equipment Certified Appraisers (EECA) from the Institute of Equipment Valuation.
All of our reports are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We will ensure that our appraisals meet the requirements of various organizations. This could include the IRS, financial institutions, sellers, buyers, federal examiners, and more.
A Summary Appraisal Report is intended to comply with the reporting requirements set forth under Standards Rule 2-2(b) of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for a Summary Appraisal Report. As such, it presents only summary discussions of the data, reasoning and analyses that were used in the appraisal process to develop the appraiser’s opinion of value.
Supporting documentation concerning the data, reasoning and analyses not included in the report is retained in the appraiser’s file. The depth of discussion contained in this report is specific to the needs of the client and for the intended use stated herein. This report is typically used for estimating the value of machinery and equipment for lenders, CPA’s, attorneys, or business owners and on site inspections are administered.
