Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, Mr. Marino served as Vice President of Commercial Lending for two regional publicly traded banks, boasting a combined asset value exceeding $1.3 billion. With over a decade as CFO for a multi-state $60 million company, he has a wealth of experience, advising on diverse loan transactions, including Commercial Construction, Asset-Based, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, and Equipment & Machinery.
Mr. Marino’s responsibilities have spanned overseeing transactions for small-cap and middle-market companies across various industries. His transactional expertise covers debt placement aspects, from mergers & acquisitions to senior debt restructuring and leveraged capital transactions. Recognized as an expert in Machinery and Equipment, and Inventory Assets, Mr. Marino holds the Certified Machinery and Equipment (CMEA) designation from the NEBB Institute and the Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser (EECA) designation from the Institute of Equipment Valuation.
